ATL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, CCDC54, and NLRP8. Each is linked with ATL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATL2-to-partner and partner-to-ATL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A1 grouped by ATL2-low versus ATL2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
