ATL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL18, FAM177A1, and BAG3. Each is linked with ATL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATL1-to-partner and partner-to-ATL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
