ATG7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,087 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB2, GMIP, and NFATC2. Each is linked with ATG7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG7-to-partner and partner-to-ATG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
