ATG7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,057 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAM, LILRB4, and FCGR2B. Each is linked with ATG7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG7-to-partner and partner-to-ATG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
