Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ATG7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG7-to-partner and partner-to-ATG7 results are reported.
