ATG7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, RXFP3, and CCT8L2. Each is linked with ATG7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG7-to-partner and partner-to-ATG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
