Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,883 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MXRA5, PIK3CA, and PAPPA. Each is linked with ATG4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MXRA5 grouped by ATG4A-low versus ATG4A-high in CESC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
