Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,489 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein delipidation, Aggrephagy, and Nucleophagy. Each is linked with ATG4A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4A results are reported.
