ATG3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,155 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBN2, PSD4_S490, and RAB6B. Each is linked with ATG3P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG3P1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
