Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATG3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ATG3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ATG3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
