ATG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,823 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD244, ARHGAP9, and SP140. Each is linked with ATG3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG3-to-partner and partner-to-ATG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG3 versus CD244 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
