ATG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,356 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTPBP8, NAA50, and MRPL3. Each is linked with ATG3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG3-to-partner and partner-to-ATG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG3 versus GTPBP8 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
