Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,613 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, Regulation of chromosome segregation, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with ATG3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG3-to-partner and partner-to-ATG3 results are reported.
