Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATG2B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ATG2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

SARC, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where ATG2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
