Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,843 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, UBR7, and MTA1. Each is linked with ATG2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2B-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG2B versus PPP4R3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
