Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,323 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDH11, VIPAS39, and SETD3. Each is linked with ATG2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2B-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG2B versus RDH11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
