Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Cyclin-B1, and eEF2. Each is linked with ATG2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2B-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ATG2B-low versus ATG2B-high in COAD.
