Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,310 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Piecemeal microautophagy of the nucleus. Each is linked with ATG2B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2B-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by ATG2B-low versus ATG2B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
