The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher ATG16L2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG16L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC are the cancer types where ATG16L2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
