ATG16L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG16L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,665 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG16L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARAP1, DEF6, and DOCK11. Each is linked with ATG16L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG16L2 versus ARAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG16L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG16L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
