Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG16L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG16L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ATG16L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L2 results are reported.
