Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG16L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,846 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG16L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIP12, ATG5, and DTYMK. Each is linked with ATG16L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L1 results are reported.
