Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG16L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,220 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG16L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, H3P5, and SNORD90. Each is linked with ATG16L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR615 grouped by ATG16L1-low versus ATG16L1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG16L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG16L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
