Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG16L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG16L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, VHL, and ASNS. Each is linked with ATG16L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L1 results are reported.
