Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG16L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,374 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG16L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to phagophore assembly site, C-terminal protein lipidation, and C-terminal protein amino acid modification. Each is linked with ATG16L1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to phagophore assembly site grouped by ATG16L1-low versus ATG16L1-high in BREAST.
