ATG16L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG16L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG16L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-2, PPA2, and ZNF490. Each is linked with ATG16L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP2-2 grouped by ATG16L1-low versus ATG16L1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG16L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG16L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
