ATG13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with ATG13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG13-to-partner and partner-to-ATG13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ATG13-low versus ATG13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
