Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG12P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATG12P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ATG12P2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG12P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and CHOL show a favorable association.
BRCA, LIHC, and CHOL are the cancer types where ATG12P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
