Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATG12 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ATG12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD are the cancer types where ATG12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
