Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG12 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATG12 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ATG12 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where ATG12 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
