ATG12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,010 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDC2, AP3S1, and PHAX. Each is linked with ATG12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG12-to-partner and partner-to-ATG12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG12 versus YTHDC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
