Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL627P, RNA5SP205, and KRT16P3. Each is linked with ATG12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG12-to-partner and partner-to-ATG12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL627P grouped by ATG12-low versus ATG12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
