Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG10-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATG10-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ATG10-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG10-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and LUAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, STAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where ATG10-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
