ATF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,966 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB8, SARNP, and PCBP2. Each is linked with ATF7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF7-to-partner and partner-to-ATF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF7 versus ASB8 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
