ATF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 597 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP30, PPP3R2, and TMEM132D-AS2. Each is linked with ATF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF4-to-partner and partner-to-ATF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP30 grouped by ATF4-low versus ATF4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
