ATF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,553 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAC1, ADM2, and ASNS. Each is linked with ATF4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF4-to-partner and partner-to-ATF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF4 versus CHAC1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
