ATF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,196 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FNDC3B, GANAB, and CD46. Each is linked with ATF4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF4-to-partner and partner-to-ATF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF4 versus FNDC3B in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
