ATF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,930 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM1A, ORC3, and CDC73. Each is linked with ATF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF2 versus KDM1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
