ATF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01818, RNU6-782P, and LINC00559. Each is linked with ATF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01818 grouped by ATF2-low versus ATF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
