Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSMEM1, MS4A14, and MMP26. Each is linked with ATF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF2-to-partner and partner-to-ATF2 results are reported.
