Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,643 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZAP2, PCBP2, and NACA. Each is linked with ATF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF1-to-partner and partner-to-ATF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF1 versus DAZAP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
