ATF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,027 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1P1, VDAC3P1, and CWC25. Each is linked with ATF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF1-to-partner and partner-to-ATF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTHRC1P1 grouped by ATF1-low versus ATF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
