ATE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD2, VHL, and MEK1. Each is linked with ATE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATE1-to-partner and partner-to-ATE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETD2 grouped by ATE1-low versus ATE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
