Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,627 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with ATE1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATE1-to-partner and partner-to-ATE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway grouped by ATE1-low versus ATE1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
