Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATE1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATE1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ATE1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATE1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and PAAD show a favorable association.

SKCM, ACC, and PAAD are the cancer types where ATE1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
