ATCAY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATCAY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,422 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATCAY-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4666B, SAFB2, and EFL1. Each is linked with ATCAY in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATCAY-to-partner and partner-to-ATCAY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4666B grouped by ATCAY-low versus ATCAY-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATCAY→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATCAY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
