ATAD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATAD5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATAD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, EGFR_pY1068, and ASNS. Each is linked with ATAD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATAD5-to-partner and partner-to-ATAD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ATAD5-low versus ATAD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATAD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATAD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
