ATAD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATAD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,406 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATAD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF14, FANCI, and GEN1. Each is linked with ATAD5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATAD5-to-partner and partner-to-ATAD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATAD5 versus KIF14 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATAD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATAD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
