ATAD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATAD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,268 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATAD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with ATAD5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATAD5-to-partner and partner-to-ATAD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by ATAD5-low versus ATAD5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATAD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATAD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
