Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATAD3C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATAD3C data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ATAD3C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATAD3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KICH, SCLC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ATAD3C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
